湖北省地方高校田径运动会改革的研究

运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计等方法;从目前各高校校运动会的参与人数与满意度、参与目的、情意期望等方面,对湖北部分地方高校田径运动会的现状做出调查研究;并对其改革进行了探讨,使其能为地方高校田径运动的发展提供参考。     

以职场发展为导向的应用写作教学改革

本文针对目前高职院校应用写作教学、研究中存在的问题,围绕学生就业和职场发展,探索应用写作教学改革。文章认为,探索应用写作教学改革首先要确立应用写作教学的终极目标——为学生就业打下坚实基础,为学生职场发展提供强有力后劲,并保障新形势下学生能适应职场岗位变动的频率;教学内容的合理取舍,教学＂形散而神不散＂的过程特征,变枯燥抽象为生动具体、理论与实践相结合的教学方法等有利于应用写作教学终极目标的实现,有利于应用写作教学改革。     

论田径运动的文化内涵

体育的文化内涵是各种运动形式的本质属性的总和。田径运动作为体育运动的重要项目,在对体育文化的研究过程中,必然成为重要主题之一。通过文献资料与逻辑方法的研究表明:田径运动具备文化属性和特征,其蕴含着现代社会所崇尚的人文精神,它不仅在促进人类生理、心理健康方面发挥着积极的作用,而且具有明显的商业价值。     

The Development and Positioning of Business Related University Tourism Education

Abstract

The teaching of tourism at a higher education level has become well established in British universities, but in the UK, as elsewhere in the world, the place of tourism studies within the academic curricula remains uncertain. The paper considers the diversity and complexities of tourism studies through a categorisation of journal articles, and through an investigation of the underlying debates that have influenced the design of academic curricula in the UK. The paper concludes that tourism, at least at present, should not be regarded as discipline but as a field and that the most common approach in the UK has been to emphasise the business studies subjects. The University of Northumbria's established undergraduate travel and tourism management course is presented as a case study of this approach to the subject field.

语域理论在大学英语写作课中的应用

语域理论是韩礼德（Halliday）系统功能语言学中的重要理论之一。它对英语教学有很大帮助。本文以写作教学中评估的五个要素为出发点,通过语域理论分析这五个方面在写作过程中是如何实现的。语域理论的运用,可以使学生的作文内容表达更符合要求、语篇组织更衔接、词汇选择更合理、语言使用更得体以及技术性细节处理的更符合惯例。     

以内资bot方式建设我国基础设施的可行性研究

BOT模式自20世纪80年代引入我国之后,在我国的基础设施建设领域发挥了重大的作用。然而,我国大量的民间资本由于种种原因找不到合适的投资渠道,某些市场领域一旦出现供求矛盾,就会吸引大量的民间资本进行炒作,这就有必要对其进行引导,为其寻求健康的发展环境。而内资BOT模式能够很好的解决这个问题。

近年来,现场总线技术在火电厂中得到了越来越广泛的应用,同时也在业内引起了更广泛的重视。文章对现场总线的结构特点和优势进行了分析,阐述了现场总线技术在智能化现场设备中的应用及智能化设备状态的检修管理等,并对现场总线技术在国内火电厂的应用情况进行了简单的介绍。     

Erratic strategic decisions: when and why managers are inconsistent in strategic decision making

While decision makers in organizations frequently make good decisions rooted in stable and consistent preferences, such consistency in outcomes is not always the case. In this study, we adopt a psychological perspective of judgment to investigate managers' erratic strategic decisions, which we define as a manager's inconsistent judgments that can shape the direction of the firm. In a study of 2,048 decisions made by 64 CEOs of technology firms, we examine how both metacognitive experience and perceptions of the external environment (hostility and dynamism) could affect the extent to which managers make erratic strategic decisions. The results indicate that managers with greater metacognitive experience make less erratic strategic decisions. The results also indicate that in hostile environments managers make more erratic strategic decisions. But contrary to our expectations, in dynamic environments managers make less erratic strategic decisions. Similarly, hostility and dynamism interact in their effect on erratic strategic decisions in that the positive relationship between environmental hostility and erratic strategic decisions will be less positive for managers experiencing high environmental dynamism than those experiencing low environmental dynamism. These results have important implications for strategic decision‐making research. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
